How mitraabadimotor Limited Started
We began this journey in 2018 after seeing how many retirees felt disconnected from nature despite living surrounded by some of Europe's most beautiful forests. They'd visit the same parks year after year without really experiencing them — just walking paths without intention.
That's when we discovered forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku , the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in woodland environments. It's not exercise. It's not tourism. It's a deliberate, mindful engagement with nature that reduces stress, improves focus, and creates genuine wellbeing.
We've now guided over 2,000 retirees through Avondale Forest Park, Portumna's winding trails, and Gougane Barra's sacred woodlands. We don't just organize walks — we teach the practice, explain the science, and create spaces where people can actually slow down.
